February 5, 2016. In the framework of «Expert meeting", a joint project of Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Public Opinion Research Institute there was a meeting with Dr. Kamen Velichkov, the head of Department of Politics, Mass Media and Information of the European Union Delegation in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The speaker delivered a speech on "International cooperation in Central Asia in Framework 5 + 1".
