Director of the Public Opinion Research Institute, candidate of sociological sciences Botagoz Rakisheva in her speech "Possibilities of mediation in a multi-ethnic society" talked about the stages of the introduction of the mediation institute in the work of the APK, the special mediation schools for representatives of the APK and the prospects for mediation in a multi-ethnic society.
